In order for a prospective buyer to hold a puppy out of a desired breeding a deposit must be made. The following rules pertain to the deposit.

1. Deposit is not refundable unless one of the following applies.

     a. Prospective buyer is unable to get the preferred sex the deposit was for.

     b. Prospective buyer is requesting a show prospect and there are none

         produced in the litter desired.

2. Deposit required is as follows:

     a. Show prospect $4000 with $150.00 deposit

     b. Pet/Companion $2500 with $100.00 deposit

3. Deposit made will be used toward the purchase price of the puppy.

4. Deposits are taken on a first come first serve basis. First deposits

   will have first picks of puppy desired.
