1. The Akita is guaranteed to be in good health with all necessary vaccinations for it’s age. Vaccinations and health information attached on attachment (2).

2. A 72 hour health guarantee is offered. Purchaser is encouraged to have the Akita examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of acceptance of the Akita.

3. The breeder/seller has done extensive research on pedigrees before the breeding of this Akita’s litter. The breeder/seller has put many hours into care and love of raising the Akita. If after all the research, care, love and through no fault of the Purchaser the Akita does not meet the show quality standards as defined by the "Akita Standard" the following steps will be taken: AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BREEDER/SELLER:

a. Breeder/seller to evaluate the Akita by a video showing movement or fault, or by breeder/seller seeing the dog in person.

                                        b. If the said Akita is determined not to be of show quality it will be replaced after the

following steps are taken:

                                                1. Said Akita to be spayed/neutered with Veterinarian proof.

4. Breeder/seller’s commitments for replacement is another Akita puppy or adult to be of equal dollar value as original purchased price. Akita to be replaced with the next available litter. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH SETTLEMENTS WILL BE MADE.

5. If the Akita should not receive a fair or better hip satus reading by OFA at the age of 24 months Articles 3 & 4 shall be used for replacement procedure. Purchaser is to understand once the Akita is used for breeding contract is NULL AND VOID. If the Akitas preliminary hip x-rays were fair or better and Akita use for breeding then after 24 months the hips to not clear OFA the breeder/seller is not obligated by this contract to replace the Akita. FINAL HIP X-RAYS MUST BE DONE NO LATER THAN 26 MONTHS OF AGE TO BE GUARANTEED BY THIS CONTRACT.

6. Eye certification guarantees apply the same as article 5. Replacement guarantee procedures same as articles 3 & 4.

7. Breeder/Seller shall retain 3 stud rights on any male Akita purchased. These studs to be for bitches owned by breeder/seller only.

10. This contract is formed and shall be governed by the laws in the State of Minnesota and jurisdiction to resolve in disputes rests solely in a court of competent jurisdiction in the county of Freeborn in Minnesota.

Purchaser to sign and return original contract to breeder/seller. Breeder/seller with sign and return a copy with AKC registration papers. ENTIRE ORIGINAL COPY MUST BE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE BREEDER/SELLER OR THIS CONTRACT IS NULL AND VOID.
