5. Breeding to guarantee a litter is produced. Litter to be defined as two or more live puppies.

1. Bitch must be AKC registered.

2. Bitch hips must be OFA’d or read clear by a Certified Radiologist.

3. Bitch has eye’s examined by a Certified Opthamologist and read clear.

4. Bitch must have Brucellosis test and culture sensitivity test prior to breeding.

5. Pictures and/or video to be provided showing structure and movement if she has never been seen by stud dog owner.

1. Stud owner to be provided with a listing of where all the puppies are placed.

2. Puppies sold as "Pets" are to be sold on a spay and neuter contract.

3. Puppies are not to be sold to a pet store, research facility or as a guard dog.

2. A $100.00 non-refundable booking fee to be paid upon breeding. Should the breeding not take on the first try a second try will be available at no additional charge.

3. If the breeding is to be artificially inseminated all expenses for kits, collections, inseminating, shipping and veterinarian charges on both the bitch and the stud are to be paid by the bitch owner.
